Scott Shapiro is a seasoned business litigation attorney with almost two decades of litigation experience. Mr. Shapiro represents clients in complex business litigation disputes, including breach of contract, tortious interference claims, claims of fraud, civil conspiracy claims, non-compete litigation, trade secret litigation, and corporate shareholder litigation. He has experience as a “general counsel” to corporate clients concerning all aspects of corporate governance. He also has represented clients in administrative disputes and state and federal investigations. Mr. Shapiro graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.
